Hey,
I found this great new (new to me, at least!) Revlon jumbo waver from Target a couple weeks back! $21! Cheap price for a curling iron! I’ve had a waving iron for years, but I’ve always thought the curls it creates are way too small. The jumbo waver creates the cutest beach waves – you’ve got to check this out, I’ll show you!
Regular waver and curl.
Jumbo waver and curl.
This makes a great addition to our flat iron and curling iron collections. Who doesn’t want to switch it up at times? Here’s an idea how! And it won’t break the bank, either!
In case you want to tone down the curls a bit, you can pull the sides towards the back and pin them down, twist or braid them somehow.
Additional tips:
-straighten hair before you start if your hair is curly
-the iron has to be HOT to work well
-the sections can’t be big
-hold the iron vertically when waving, to avoid it leaving marks in your hair
-if some of the ends slip out of the grip of the iron, flip it around and try again
-run fingers through the waves when done to break down the sections
